Bruce McIntyre and Don Tinker

1) The McInTinker variant, a creation of Don Tinker and Bruce McIntyre, is a variant designed for the one person in each face to face Diplomacy crowd who can get whatever he wants (for example, Don Tinker), and that other person in the same crowd, who will quite happily do it (for example, Bruce McIntyre).  Rules are precisely the same as Regular Diplomacy except where changed below.

2) All six provinces of England are designated as supply centers.

3) England starts play with one unit in each of its six home supply centers.

4) All six of these units are armies.
