Map Missing

1)All starting units are armies.

2) Only armies may be built. 

3)Units may move, be supported, and retreat over any land bridge. 

4)As there are now 38 centers victory is ownership of 20 centers.  A joint victory may be declared by any two powers owning 28 or more centers.

5)Seas may only be crossed at land bridges.  Seas are otherwise impassable.

6) Map notes:

Croatia does not connect to Vienna
Trieste does connect to Tyrolia
Naples does connect to Sicily
Switzerland is passable
