Once during the game each power may attempt to bring an extra unit onto the board in any Spring or Autumn move, according to the schedule below. This is a move which may be supported; it succeeds if it appears in the designated space with greater strength than any other unit moving to or holding in that space – otherwise it fails, though it may serve to have prevented another unit from moving or supporting. A unit brought on in this matter is automatically in supply for the next two Winters.
