Diplomacy Central was a joke variant in which the first player to succeed in putting a unit in Albania won the game.

I ran a hoax section of it in Voice of Doom several years ago, in which the Austria player was deliberately NMRed.  Since the VD house rules had neutral S01 orders for an NMRing Austria which included F Tri-Alb, the house rules were declared to have fulfilled the victory conditions, and won the game!
