The board is just as in regular Diplomacy, except that Switzerland is passable.

Switzerland does not contain a Supply Center. 

There are six Great Powers, as follows (A & F designate an Army & Fleet in the corresponding Supply Center province at the start of the game):

Note: I would have been tempted to call “Northland”, the Swedish Empire (as the Swedes did conquer most of this area under Charles XII). – Stephen Agar
